Privacy policy
This site collects the bare minimum: what you send voluntarily when you write. No tracking cookies, no advertising profiling, and nothing shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

What data is processed, and why
- Contact details you send. If you write by email or through the contact form, your name, email address and the content of your message are processed for the sole purpose of answering your enquiry and, where applicable, preparing a proposal of services.
- Technical data from your visit. The server records basic technical data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) for a limited period, in order to keep the site secure and working properly.
No profiling is carried out, no automated decisions with legal effects are taken, and there is no behavioural advertising.
Legal basis
- Enquiries and proposals: pre-contractual measures taken at your request, and consent given when you send the message (Articles 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Technical logs and security: the controller's legitimate interest in keeping the site available and protected against abuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention
Contact messages are kept for as long as the relationship or the interest in it lasts and, afterwards, for the applicable statutory limitation periods. Server technical logs are kept for a short period, indicatively up to thirty days, unless they must be retained longer for security reasons.
Recipients and processors
No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. The following providers act as processors so that the site can work:
- Cloudflare, Inc. as content delivery network and protection against attacks. It processes technical connection data.
- Server hosting provider, located in the European Union, where the site files and technical logs reside.
- Email provider, to receive and answer the messages you send.
Where a provider involves an international data transfer, it relies on the safeguards set out in Chapter V of the GDPR, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Cookies
This site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, which is why no consent banner is shown. Only your browser's local storage is used, to remember whether you prefer the light or dark theme; that value stays on your device, is never sent to any server, and you can delete it from your browser settings.
Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary technical cookie for site security and detection of abusive traffic. It is not used for advertising or tracking.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to rguerrero@rogerguerreroplana.com and stating which right you wish to exercise. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Security
The site is served entirely over HTTPS. Technical and organisational measures proportionate to the risk are applied, including minimising the data collected, access control on the server and periodic review of the security configuration.
